IVR / Phone System / On-Hold Rates
Base Rate:
• Up to 75 words — $50
• 76–150 words — $75
• 151–300 words — $100
Additional Recording:
• +$25 per additional 100 words
• +$10 per separate phone system file (if you need individual file splits)

- Consistent tone for all menu items
- One round of revisions for script errors or pronunciation changes

eLearning & Corporate Training Rates
Per-Word Rate:
• Standard eLearning narration — $0.15 per word
• Technical/medical/specialized content — $0.18 per word
Hourly (Finished Audio):
• $250 per finished hour (PFH)
Includes:
- Clean, edited audio
- Consistent pacing for training modules
- Minor pickups (misreads, technical corrections)
- Bulk project discounts available for long-term or multi-module training.
Audiobook Narration Rates
Per Finished Hour (PFH):
• $250–$300 per finished hour, depending on genre and complexity
What PFH means:
1 finished hour = roughly 9,300–9,800 spoken words.
(Example: A 50,000-word book is about 5.5 finished hours.)
Includes:
- Full narration
- Editing, cleanup, and mastering to ACX standards
- Chapter-by-chapter delivery
